Christmas In The Air

My parents came over to try to fix the lights on the tree cuz they were not working right... all fixed!  Nick & I enjoyed putting the ornaments on the tree... I think he enjoyed unwrapping them more though...

Our little tree turned out cute and every ornament has a meaning/ memory so that was cool to think back to when and why we got them.

New PJ's

Today we went shopping with my mom.  It was a beautiful.  I bought nothing for myself... only 2 jackets for my two boys and two pairs of shoes for Cody.  My mom bought Cody 3 pairs of pants and 3 shirts... he is one sharp looking baby!  She also bought Nick a book as well as a 3ft. "Toy Story 3" puzzle... Nick is addicted to puzzles and already has this one down.

We had a wonderful at my grandparents Farm/Ranch... so you say what is the difference between a Ranch and a Farm... well, a ranch has cattle and a farm has crops... since my grandparents have both... should we call it a Ranarm? Ha, just a thought!

Anyway, the dinner was nice as usual and the dessert table was way too much but it was all good!  Alot of it was homemade by my Aunt Karen & Uncle Gary... They are always finding new recipes to share... and boy were they good this year.

The electricity went out for about and hour so we all sat around with candles and played name that tune on my husbands phone... LOL

Loved riding around on the land too!  I could stay out there for a long time... it's so peaceful!  Just the company of my awesome family makes you want to stay as well.

Anyway, hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!  Until Next Year!

I took Nicholas to have his 5 year old pictures taken at Brakenridge Park by my BFF Chrissy!  She did a great job and Nick loved it!

These are all my favorites... she took more but I have it narrowed down to these... I think I will just get all of them and put them into an album.  I am going to make one into a canvas for the wall but not sure which one to choose... my boy is gorgeous!

We took the boys to see Santa... Nick was ok but a little shy.  Cody just looked at him like who are you... I sooo wish the lady would have snapped it then... it was precious!

The boys were playing around the other day and laughing so hard... I snapped a few pictures.  I am so blessed to have two happy, handsome and healthy boys!  Cody adores his big brother!

Cody Bear

We took Cody and Nick to the mall to ride the train and to see Santa... at Ingram Mall they also have a little play area for the kiddos and Cody had a blast!  Here are some pictures of Cody.  I am working on more pictures and will post them soon!

Here is a pic of the picture with Santa... Cody didn't cry at all.. he just looked at Santa and wanted to know who this man was holding him...

Wow!

I have not posted anything on my blog in over a week... just goes to show you how much school is taking up my time.  We have 5 days to go and Level 1 will be complete... I am making A's and am so excited about that.  Level 2 is going to start after our week Thanksgiving Break.  Level 2 is Fundamentals... Theory, Lab and Clinical... so the hands on stuff starts so we are all excited about that.  Gonna learn to give a shot, start and IV, insert a caterer and ect...

The above is the project board I put together for our group presentation on Tuesday.  I am nervous cuz those who really know me know I hate taking in front of large groups. Anyway, wish us all luck!

These pictures were taken by my dad with his cell phone... they stopped at a Union Pacific Engine and Nick got to get on it and check it out... I know he was in HEAVEN!!
